This policy describes how ADPIK protects children and addresses child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on our platform.

1. Our Commitment

ADPIK has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). We are committed to keeping our platform safe and complying with applicable child safety laws.

2. Age Requirement

ADPIK is intended for users aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts or use the platform. If we learn that a user is under 18, we will remove the account immediately.

3. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on ADPIK:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors.
  • Grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of children.
  • Content that sexualizes minors in any form.
  • Accounts created by or for minors in violation of our age policy.

4. Prevention Measures

  • User-generated content (posts, photos, videos, messages) must comply with our Terms of Service and community standards.
  • Violating accounts and content are removed when identified.
  • We review user reports related to child safety as a priority.

5. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you see content or behavior that may harm a child, report it immediately by email: adpik2025@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Username or profile link (if available).
  • Post or content details (screenshot or description).
  • Date and time of the incident.
  • Any other helpful information.

6. Our Response

When we receive a child safety report, we:

  • Review the report promptly.
  • Remove confirmed violating content immediately.
  • Permanently suspend or ban responsible accounts.
  • Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
  • Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate regional and national authorities, including law enforcement and relevant hotlines in India (such as the National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal at cybercrime.gov.in).
